Lego Case Study

During my degree in economics and management, I took the “Markets and Strategies” course, which involved presenting the best practices of companies in a wide range of sectors and contexts. My group was assigned to present the open innovation approach used by the company Lego. The aim of the course was to improve familiarity with current challenges and issues in strategy development. 

Angelini Pharma

During my master’s degree in marketing, I took the “Organisational issues in marketing and sales” course, which consisted of providing essential conceptual tools for understanding and analysing organisations. It helped me to develop awareness and understanding of organizational life, especially in a marketing/sales environment. The project for this course involved choosing a company on which to carry out an organisational analysis using the concepts taught in the course. the company chosen by my group was Angelini Pharma.

Pantene - Procter & Gamble

This course provides an interdisciplinary overview of brand management. The topics covered in this course provide a firm foundation in many facets of branding and enable students to carry scientific research on up-to-date topics in the branding field by using state-of-the-art research methods and techniques. The project for this course was with the Pantene brand and consisted of understanding “how can we keep driving values?”.

Fay Archive - TOD's Spa

During my master’s degree in marketing, I took the “Marketing Communication & New Media” course, so that I could learn how to set up a compelling communication strategy that would convince the target audience and make the best use of available resources. The project work for this course consisted of creating an online and offline communication plan to sell the brand Fay Archive.
